Dr. Cassandra Walker Suggs is a distinguished professional with a doctorate in Heritage Leadership, Social Justice, Sustainability, and Participatory Culture from the University of Missouri St. Louis, complemented by a legal degree from Purdue University Global Law School. Dr. Suggs also holds a certificate of Administrative Leadership from Harvard University.

Drawing upon her extensive academic background in human behavior and conflict management, she brings evidence-based practices to individuals, groups, and organizations such as the Association of Missouri Mediators (AMM).

Dr. Suggs approaches collaboration through a diverse lens, leveraging her skills and credentials as an Adjunct Professor at the Missouri School of Journalism, a two time National Award-Winning Author, an Emmy-nominated Television Host, and the recipient of the Walmart Diversity in Leadership Award.

Dr. Suggs holds certifications as a Certified Workplace Mediator and Trainer (CMT) in Conflict Resolution from Eckerd College and the IMI International Mediation Institute. Additionally, she has been trained under Missouri Supreme Court Rule 17 and 88 in Civil/Family and Domestic Mediation, through CCMA, ensuring her proficiency in facilitating constructive dialogue and resolving disputes in various contexts.

A highly sought expert, Dr. Suggs has received multiple honors and recognition for her work in media, education, leadership, writing and mediation.
